Each serving (1 tablet) delivers a blast of 1000 mg of Vitamin C plus 13 other immune system supporting vitamins, minerals, and herbs, including Echinacea, ginger, and other herbal extracts from whole plant materials.* Adults and Children over 12 years old, simply drop 1 tablet in a glass of water or favorite beverage, let dissolve (about 1 minute) and drink.
